22 weeks!

Yay for 22 weeks - 5 1/2 months! Yay....Lets see what I can report this week...

We're still working on the dresser - the outside is done and looks AWESOME! But, just wait until you see the knobs :) -- that will come a little later!

We've also been working on curtains and we may have finally found some, but this is just the 'test' photo -- more of that to come later as well :).

we also got Maddie's first dress in the mail today :) -- its so tiny and cute!

So, the dresser is looking oh so perfect!!! We should have it done, hopefully, by the end of the week! YAY! Here are the latest pics along - I included the changer in one pic, just to see how perfect it matches :).

This past weekend we also celebrated the engagement of Jenn and Blanton! Woo hoo! We had a fiesta party and it was so much fun. Here are a few photos from the event -- and our decorations ;).

AND, on another note, Brant and I decided to give Tink to his parents this past weekend. After the loss of their puppy, we knew how much they wanted another one. She will be in good hands and SUPER happy there, so we went ahead and took her. Of course, we'll get to see her all the time, so we're happy and know she's happy too! :)

Birthdays and Staining!

Today Tinkerbelle turned a year old!!!!!!!!!!! 12 months ago we helped Gabby deliver 12 puppies and now they are a year old! I decided to share my grapes with Tink and it was too cute to pass up on a photo op. So, here is Tink playing and trying to figure out how to eat a grape.







This is Brant's current project which is staining Maddie's dresser to match her crib and changer. It's been a fun, but hot project for him since he did the hard work (sanding) outside in the heat.....

21 what! No way!

OH YEAH! We LOVE LOVE LOVE summer time and this is one reason why! Well, probably the only reason why for me, b/c I hate the heat and I don't like the beach and well I'm a winter/spring gal ;).

Any ways....3 weeks and counting!!! JULY 9th! woo hoo!!!

I have to say the first 20 weeks went by kinda fast. I was thinking it was moving along slowly, but now that I think about it NOPE - it's going fast. I'm sure I won't say that in the last month.

Fun in the sun! end of the day!

Our new toy..... =)

My parents bought Maddie a pony today and Oh my - Brant and I are having the time of our lives with it =). "She" eats, gallops, nays, and everything in between. We're having so much fun with this new toy, we hope it stays in good shape for Maddie ;).

On top of the new pony, we got her a new fan for her room and it looks so good in there. Her room is really coming along, can't wait until it's complete! Our to-do list has been made and lets just say we have a BUSY 5 months ahead of us ;).
