33 weeks...

I am behind, but here's my 33 week photo. And since I"m wearing the same top as 22, I thought I'd do a comparison =).

Nothing too much to report! next weekend for sure and the 34 weeks photo!

Trick or Treat

So, now that we have a set arrival date of Maddie, which so happens to be before Halloween I got to shop for her first Halloween onsie....And look what I found! It's SOOOOOOOOOO cute...and I couldn't resist!



Her closet is now coming along nicely ;) -- being filled that is.



And Grammy's shower gift came in the mail =) -- I plan to use it as my chair during the shower ;). LOVE IT!

Posting update

Well, I'm a little behind on my weekly post....We're at 33 weeks and 2 days today. I don't have my 33 week photo, but I do have 31 & 32 along with news and such.

Had our bi-weekly appointment today and well we have lots of news. We are scheduled for October 26th to either 1. have a c-section or 2. be induced. Maddie is breech right now, which means we could possibly have a c-section. Because of this we were able to schedule a date, but come to find out if she does turn before the 26th we will still go in on the 26th to be induced. I love knowing a date...makes my life much easier and relaxed! Can't believe she will be here in 6 weeks...WOW! I thought the past 8 months would go so slow, but boy they haven't! I guess this is a good thing, b/c I'm starting to feel to '3rd trimester terrors' or whatever you want to call them.

Maddie's Room

Well, we're pretty much done with her room. Still have a few small things that are being worked on as we speak...and once they are complete it will finally be done :).

Pictures just don't do it's justice, it's so cute in person...but here are the photos!

Wall Project

Sooo...instead of hanging easy blocks on her bare wall I decided to get creative and make my own art project! WHEW!!!! I am exhausted, we finally got it hung on the wall after 3 hours of making them. I went to the store at 3pm to buy the material, grabbed dinner on the way home, ate, and completed the project at 9:15pm....HOWEVER, I am glad I decided to do this, b/c they are soo cute and look so much cuter in person. Here are a few pictures I got before my camera died. I'll add more and post pictures of her room, b/c it's almost complete :). Thanks for looking!

My Dr. appt

Well...what an interesting Dr. appt I had today =).
I told him {based on the last U/S} that Maddie was breech, so we did an exam, she's still that way so he says, 'Well, do you want to go ahead and schedule your C-section' huh? what? already! wow! haha! So, I tell him I'm going back on the 8th for another 4D, b/c the photos weren't great last time and she wanted me to come back. He said, ok that's good we'll see her position and when you come back in 2 weeks if she's still breech we'll schedule the C-section! oh boy! We could possibly know the exact date of maddie's arrival -- I kind of like that idea. If we do schedule it, we're looking at October 27th. Of course, I'll keep you informed next week with photos from the U/S.

9 weeks and counting

So today we hit the single digit weeks -- 9 weeks to go! are you serious? 9 weeks and it won't just be Brant and I any longer. It will be Brant, Jae and Maddie. Also can't believe that I have been carrying her for 31 weeks! 31 weeks -- that seems like a LONG time doesn't it?!?!

Well, since we're getting down to the wire, you better believe I'm making my list and checking it twice.

Maddie's nursery -- 95%
Maddie's arrival -- 50% -- will it ever be 100 ;)?
Is the house ready -- 25%
All the necessities -- 80%
Bags packed -- 10%
Coming home outfit - ORDERED!
This list could go on and on....
Jae & Brant ready -- 0% Just Kidding!! We'll be ready and we're both sooo excited to meet her.

Her room is nearly complete -- pictures below! I didn't take my normal 31 week photo, so instead you get a glimpse of a maternity shoot photo. Maddie's Auntie Ayms came down from Houston this past weekend to take my maternity photos. We had a great time doing them and I can't wait to finish editing them so I can share!!
