Day 12 of Puppy Love

Today we've reached Day 12. Almost all of them have their eyes open [1/2 way right now]. There is one little munchkin that is walking on all four feet [slowly and shaky], but it's so cute. I did bring out the video camera over the weekend, just to capture the fun. We now have 2 for sure inquiries on the pups and 1 email from someone who really wants a male...We could be down the 7 before long.

On another note...
Our 'snail mail' has been super busy as we've been getting party and wedding invitations left and right. Miles, a friend of Brant's just got married, but it was in Florida, so we didn't make it. Tory is getting married in about 3 1/2 weeks, so we have parties and weddings coming up. Steph is getting married next March, but her Engagement party is in August...So with puppies, work, side work, parties and weddings we will be some busy little bee's this year....But it's all good, we love it! I can't wait for the end of this month, b/c I'm taking Engagements pictures of Steph & Jeff. It's going to be fun times!!!! (:

Day 11 and we have some eyes

YAY! I picked up "Daisy" tonight to come in w/me for a little while and guess what? Her eyes are starting to open :)....It's so cute! In the next 7 days they should all have their eyes opened. We're so excited about that. Also, I was reading and probably by day 21 they'll be really moving around and trying to escape the pool. It's getting to be fun.... (:

Day 10

The pups are 10 days old today. None have opened their eyes, but soon I'm sure. We had a nice day today. We went to my parents for a fun family BBQ, then we cam home to play with the puppies. When we first got home, Gabby wasn't in the pool and all the puppies were in a ball all together. It was so cute. Then, Brant took one of the males [Mickey] out in the grass...Mickey wasn't sure about it, but I think he liked it (:

Feisty little pups at day 9

The pups are 9 days old today. They are feisty little pups now. They are still trying to walk and it's so fun to watch. I had to sit in the pool w/Gabby last night b/c I was scared they weren't getting fed enough. So, after 30 minutes of holding her paw & petting her all 10 were able to eat. Those who were full were so fun to watch as they went to go find their resting place :).

We're off to the Oil Ranch now to take pictures for the Family Fun Day! More to come from that.

HAPPY 4th OF JULY!!!!!!

We're a week old today....

They made it to be 1 week old today. As always they are cute, lovable, and super fun! They are starting to "cry" more...I think they are starting to hear, which means they think "what was that noise, what that me?" (: hehe! They are all trying to walk, I got a shot of one today trying to walk.

I can't wait to see what next week is going to be like. They should start to open their eyes this weekend :) yay!

Day 6

We're almost a week old! Can't believe it! They are trying to walk and it's so cute. We bring one inside for a bout 15 minutes every night. That's my favorite part of the day (: They are so cute and fun to watch! I can already tell I'll be sad to let them go, but I know we can't have 12 dogs around here, especially 12 LABS! No way jose.

I'm excited tomorrow is already Wednesday, that means only 2 more work days....yay!
