Well, what a fabulous weekend we had! Brant, Jenn, my parents and me did make it to the lake, despite the rain. It did rain on us when we were headed back, but it was fun!! You seriously don't know what ONE tube ride can do to you until the next day comes. It's been 2 days since the ride and I'm still sore. Luckily for us we had the margarator machine out and running! You can see all the fun pictures below (as always). You'll notice a lot of the pictures are me and my best friend, Jenn. We're two peas in a pod and love to take pictures.
One thing you'll know about me I LOVE PICTURES! Take them all the time, anywhere I go. It is addicting believe it or not. I really want to own my own studio and take photos, but I know that will be a long way ahead. Brant wants to have his own computer company, so that will come first since I agree with that idea ;).
I think this is going to be a fast moving week for me. I'm having lunch twice this week - not like me because I LOVE to go home and watch my soaps ;). The wedding is getting close, so I know I'll only get busier.
My mom and I started to address invitations Friday. I was there for 3 hours and all we accomplished was getting the mail merge fixed and made sure the names were correct. HA! Not to mention that was just the inner envelopes. Oh what fun we have a head of us ;).
Well, my day is coming to an end and I must go for now.
Hope you all had a great weekend and look forward to seeing you soon!!

My first posting....107 days until 11/3/07
Well, I figured I would Start this up again and start blogging (thanks, Sarah). Not sure how long I’ll keep up with it, but I hope I can! There’s only 107 days until the wedding. I can JUST remember when it was 356…my how time flies by. Brant and I have been having a great time planning the wedding. Of course some good days, some bad – can’t always agree now can we? We pretty much have everything set, but I know it’s only about to begin.
In May we went to Yankton, South Dakota to my cousin’s wedding. I was her Maid of Honor and proud to be! It was really a great time. The wedding was beautiful and she was gorgeous! Ok, so were you Jason :). Now that her wedding is done, she can help with mine ;).

Brant is still in school and will hopefully be done next Fall, that’s if Blinn will get their act together and keep the classes going. He was supposed to take a computer class this summer, but they dropped it because there weren’t enough kids in the class; therefore, he had to settle with Speech. He was not happy at all, but made a B! He’s too funny thinking he can’t do it! Pshhh… He currently works at Advance Micro Solutions. He loves the people and environment.
As for me I’m still with TEEX and loving it. Just this Monday I got my very own office with a HUGE window. You never know how excited you’ll be about your own office until you work in an area where your window is looking into the building atrium area. Yea- wasn’t fun! Now it is.
Last Friday was our first couples shower. Oh my goodness did our host do a fantastic job!! The decorations were perfect, the food was delish and the guest/host were amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better shower. We had to give a speech and apparently (per my Uncle Loc & Aunt Courtenay) I said Thank you and we appreciate you all being here more than 5 times. Ooops, what can I say I am not a “public speaker”. But, it really was a great time and we thank want to thank our host once again for hosting such a great "fiesta"
Now, it’s back to our favorite show Big Brother. We watch that during the week as well as wedding stuff. This weekend we’re taking a break and heading to the lake with my parents, Jenn & Blanton – I’m sure it’ll be a fun time!!
Well, continue to look back and read my daily blogs.
Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
Love you all,
Janette “jae”

I Love designing cards, logos, monograms and everything in between. This all started when I was getting married last November. Now it's something I love to do daily!
