Well...It's confirmed that our house is in 'option' contract mde right not, April 7th it will go into full 'under' contract and the closing date will be April 29th :o)...VERY EXCITING! That means we have to hurry and make a decision on a home. The only thing we're really waiting on is Southview. Once we know about that (which should be tomorrow) we'll make our move on the house below or Soutview...If we choose the Bristol Home we'll close on the house close to April 29th, that way we can move straight into Bristol...If it's Southview, we can't close until after May 17th, so we'll see how it all works out.
I've started packing - not so fun....But oh well we're moving to a new home, so that's fun ;o)...
I'll continue to keep everyone up-to-date....
